Best Customer Service

This may be the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! We had 3 gates that needed repair and we tried several fence companies and none were interested in the job/ some didn’t even return our calls. Capitol City Gates sent someone out to look at the problem the day we called, and repaired the gates within a day. They did a terrific job and we could not be happier about the experience. This is a first rate company. I rate them a solid 12 on a 10 point scale.

A Pleasure to Work With

Alec and Heather have been a pleasure to work with. They responded to our emergency call right away and arrived in a timely manner. Alec even took an instructional video to show us how the gate operates, since we were away. We will definitely give them a call again if we should have problems with any of our other entry gates.
